Privacy Policy

• Account data: your email address and authentication details, and the workspaces and teammates you belong to.
• Content you create: the company names and URLs you submit, the content fetched from those public URLs, the AI-generated analysis, and the email and pitch drafts.
• Usage records: an append-only log of billable actions (scrapes, drafts, sends) so we can meter your plan allowance, plus the record of any emails you send from the app.

We do not use third-party advertising or analytics trackers, so there is no cookie banner — the only cookies we set are the ones required to keep you logged in and on the right workspace.

We use your data solely to provide the service: to authenticate you, to run scraping and AI analysis, to generate and store your drafts, to send email you ask us to send, and to enforce plan limits and prevent abuse. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

To run PoCify we share data with a small set of infrastructure providers (sub-processors):

• Supabase — our database and authentication. Your account data, leads, drafts, and usage records are stored here, isolated per workspace with row-level security.
• Google (Gemini) — the AI models that analyze the content you submit and draft your outreach. The company URL content and your prompts are sent to Google for processing.
• Resend — our email delivery provider. When you send an email from the app, its recipient, subject, and body pass through Resend for delivery.
• Vercel — hosts and serves the application.

Each of these providers processes data under its own privacy terms.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and its workspace data at any time by emailing hello@pocify.app. We'll delete it from our systems within 30 days, except where we're required to retain records (for example, a minimal record of transactions) to meet legal obligations.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you. Email us and we'll help — there's a human on the other end.
